• Organize logistics with venue and vendors

• Plan and join all vendor meetings

• Style and design suggestions
• Review vendor contracts prior to signing
• Final confirmation calls with all vendors within 30 days of event date 
• Distribute final approved timeline to vendors
• Assist with décor set up
• Up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day
• Event set-up & break down assistance

 You have the plan and most of your vendors, but you want/need help making it happen. 

Prices start at $500 and can include the following services:

• Timeline development meeting
• Minimum of two additional personal planning consultations
• Assemble, update and finalize event timeline
• Organize logistics with venue and vendors
• Custom vendor list
• Attend vendor appointments (up to three of your choice)
• Final confirmation calls with all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to event date
• Plan and join rehearsal
• Assist with décor set up
• Up to 6 hours of service on wedding day
• On-going communication with coordinator from initial meeting 

 You know what you want, but you would like an experienced professional to make sure you aren't missing anything. 

Prices start at $125 and can include the following services:

• Initial event timeline development meeting
• Collect and review copies of all vendor contracts to make final confirmation calls one week prior to event date
• Construct, update and finalize event timeline
• Coordinate and orchestrate rehearsal (two-hour maximum)
• On-going communication with coordinator from initial meeting

You love to plan and make your own decisions but would like a professional to make sure all the pieces fit together on your special day. You want to enjoy this day and let someone take care of anything that pops up.

Prices start at $250 and can include the following services:

• Event set-up assistance
• Event break down assistance
• Vendor Checklist
• Coordination of Vendors
• Construct, update and finalize event timeline
• Coordinate and orchestrate rehearsal (two-hour maximum)
